We beat our goal! Virtual Gala raises $257,000 for patients in need

Thanks to the generosity of almost 200 sponsors, underwriters and donors, this year’s Celebrate the Light Virtual Gala, held on November 12, beat its goal and raised more than $257,000! Every dollar helps ensure that a person in financial and clinical need throughout all Rogers’ locations is able to receive treatment and other personal support through the Foundation’s Patient Care Grant and Angel Fund programs.

Hear powerful messages from Solomon Thomas (professional football player for the San Francisco 49ers), Trenni Kusnierek (sports anchor and reporter for NBC Sports Boston), Melvina Young (clinical depression survivor and mother of a child with mental illness), and Julie/Gabe (former patient family and grant recipient). You will also hear Matthias Schueth (vice president of Rogers Foundation) and Elizabeth Erickson (director of clinical services in West Allis) talk about how important it is that clinical teams can turn to the Foundation to help a patient complete treatment when insurance cuts out before they are ready to go home.
