Standard work database now available

Rogers Behavioral Health has launched a new database, which allows employees to search for standard work and to upload newly created standard work.

“This tool is a first-of-its-kind for Rogers, and we hope you find it useful and user-friendly,” says Sam Klinger, director, Continuous Improvement. “It is intended to close the gap of being able to find and see what standard work exists across the organization.”

Located at pathway: P:\Standard Work Database, the standard work database houses the following documents:

The standard work search tool helps you find existing standard work. A document in the file called “standwork database_standard work” provides instructions on how to use the database.
The standard work entry form allows you to add standard work created by leaders and teams throughout Rogers.
The standard work database feedback document is for providing concerns or ideas on how to improve this tool.
