Standard work database now available
04/16/21 04:05:pmRogers Behavioral Health has launched a new database, which allows employees to search for standard work and to upload newly created standard work.
“This tool is a first-of-its-kind for Rogers, and we hope you find it useful and user-friendly,” says Sam Klinger, director, Continuous Improvement. “It is intended to close the gap of being able to find and see what standard work exists across the organization.”
Located at pathway: P:\Standard Work Database, the standard work database houses the following documents:
- The standard work search tool helps you find existing standard work. A document in the file called “standwork database_standard work” provides instructions on how to use the database.
- The standard work entry form allows you to add standard work created by leaders and teams throughout Rogers.
- The standard work database feedback document is for providing concerns or ideas on how to improve this tool.
