Centered on the theme of self-care, the day’s activities will take place from 11 am to 9:30 pm and will feature:

  • Yoga at 11 am
  • The 988-5k run/walk for suicide prevention at 2 pm
  • A resource fair from 3 to 6 pm
  • Jump For Archie & Remembrance Vigil from 4 to 6 pm
