Rogers wraps gifts in Brown Deer, Kendra Scott Giveback event supports Foundation

The Rogers Reaches Out volunteer team in Brown Deer participated in the Rogers-sponsored Boys and Girls Club Wrapping Party in Milwaukee, where they helped wrap 350 puzzles for raffles and 200 gifts for the community.

Previously, the Brown Deer team has volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House and Feeding America.

Kendra Scott Gives Back event

On Giving Tuesday, shoppers had an opportunity to help the Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation when shopping at the Kendra Scott jewelry store in Brookfield, Wisconsin. From 5 to 7 pm, 20% of purchases were donated to the Foundation.

Rogers participated in a post-show panel at the Culver City Film Festival in Los Angeles and sponsored the screening of Coming up for Air. Lindsey Bergman, PhD, clinical director in Los Angeles, and Tarik Hadžić, MD, psychiatrist, were featured members of the panel discussion. Coming up for Air tells the story of a single mother whose college-aged son begins struggling with his mental health.

Kenosha area radio interview with Dr. Verma

In late November, Shikha Verma, MD, child and adolescent psychiatrist in Kenosha, was interviewed on the Wake Up Show radio program. Dr. Verma discussed the care offered in Kenosha, an explanation of our partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care, her work as a professor, and Rogers’ treatment outcomes.
