Rogers receives award for creating mentally healthy workplace

Rogers has earned the 2023 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health from Mental Health America. The award recognizes employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces. This is the second consecutive year Rogers has won this award.

Through a comprehensive 58-criteria application, Bell Seal evaluates how organizations approach mental health in four categories — workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs — to gain a clear understanding of the entire employee experience and award recognition accordingly.

“Creating wellness in the workplace requires listening with intent and responding thoughtfully,” says Cindy Meyer, interim president and CEO. “As humans we need to show others respect and dignity in our interactions and let people know their voice is being heard. As an organization, we strive to deliver on these principles with every interaction and avoid becoming complacent. This award is an important recognition of our efforts. It’s essential we continue to create renewed understanding, which invites a healthy environment to work in.”
