Rogers extends thank you to retiring board members09/17/19 04:31:pm
Two longstanding members of the Rogers Behavioral Health board of directors retired recently after nearly 25 years of combined service.
Cal Schmidt (pictured left) has held several positions in his time on the Rogers board of directors since 2005, including treasurer and member of the Executive Committee, and vice chair and board chair on the system Board of Directors.
Nick Bauer (right) originally joined the Foundation’s board in 2009, later moving to the system’s board. He has served as the chair of the Finance and Investment Committee, chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee, and as a member of the Executive Committee. He plans to continue to serve on the Finance Committee.
The two retiring members have contributed greatly to Rogers’ success over the years, providing invaluable direction as leaders and countless hours of their time.
“Both Cal and Nick have had an immeasurable impact on Rogers and our patients during their years of generous service,” says Pat Hammer, CEO. “Their guidance, insight, and dedication have been vital contributions to our success. We will miss their presence on the board, but we look forward to seeing them as they serve on committees in the future.”
Three new members joined the Rogers Board in June and September: Bob Olson, Barbara Zabawa, and Kamilah Williams Kemp.
