Rogers celebrates the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Rogers Behavioral Health held a live-streamed event for all team members on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day in recognition of his life, legacy, and dream.

Karen Nelson, director of equity, diversity, and inclusion, provided the welcoming speech for the event, which also featured a reading of King’s “I have a dream” speech by Rogers’ BIPOC employee resource group leaders Delora Putnam-Bryant, Rosa Pacheco and Jolynn Carriveau as well as keynote speakers Mark Powless, PhD, Southeastern Oneida Tribal Services, and Amajou Butler, Found of Heal the Hood MKE.
