Rogers attends Oconomowoc Kids Fest

Rogers once again sponsored and attended the annual Oconomowoc Kids Fest in Roosevelt Park on August 21.
More than 1000 kids attend Kids Fest every year, which offers a variety of fun activities like games, music, inflatable structures, food, arts and crafts, and much more.
According to Janet Gatlin, Wisconsin Outreach lead, Rogers has had a presence at Kids Fest for more than 10 years now and has been the main stage sponsor for five years. For this year, Janet decided on sponsoring the Rock Wall.
Janet helped staff this year’s Rogers booth at Kids Fest and had Rogers-branded hand sanitizers to give away for attendees. She says that she was also able to help answer some community questions.
“Parents will come up with concerns about their kids,” she says. “I had a mom who asked what she should do about a daughter with depression. They’ll ask about difference resources that they’re looking for, so I think it’s important that we’re there providing that mental health aspect. It’s awesome that we’re able to be part of this really large community event.”
