Step inside the Ronald McDonald Family Room® with this new virtual, interactive tour.

Located inside the Ladish Co. Foundation Center on Rogers’ main campus in Oconomowoc, the Family Room is a welcoming, home-like space for relatives and friends visiting a loved one receiving treatment at Rogers.

There’s plenty of fun to be had in the Family Room with a variety of toys, books, games, and entertainment options. A full kitchen includes complimentary snacks, beverages, and space for families to cook together. With many of the comforts of home, including a private shower and laundry, the Family Room is an inviting space for families to rest and recharge while supporting their loved one in treatment.

Loved ones share the impact of the Family Room

“I’ve been craving support from other families going through something like us. I was able to connect with two families in the Family Room and learned that I’m not alone. It was wonderful to see my younger child just play without worrying about his sister. My daughter loved this space and can’t wait to use it the next time we visit her on pass. This was just what my family needed! Thank you!”

“To see our daughters laugh and play together and just be sisters was priceless. We got to eat as a family and do crafts. Priceless.”

“Absolutely love it here! Relaxing and friendly atmosphere! I have found comfort in meeting others going through similar circumstances.”

“The Family Room made my son so at ease. He was smiling and he was happy; the atmosphere really helped with that.”

“I had a wonderful time. There were so many things to do! We had fun together playing a game in a comfortable environment.”

“Such a heartwarming place to be with loved ones. Way beyond our expectations. Completely welcoming. Even as family to a patient we felt loved and cared for.”
