Employee Engagement Survey open June 19 through June 30

Starting Monday, June 19, you have the opportunity to share candid and confidential feedback of what it’s like working at Rogers in the annual employee engagement survey.

Please watch for an email from Mercer, an independent firm, with instructions on how to take the survey. Your responses will be collected and analyzed on secure servers at Mercer and no one at Rogers will have access to your individual responses.

The survey is part of our Healthy Culture strategic initiative, where we strive to motivate our employees to perform at a high level and, in turn, provide the best environment for our patients to recover.

Past improvements based on your feedback include:

  • New career paths
  • Wellness day and floating holiday
  • Lyra benefit
  • Changes to patient and team safety
  • Improvements to our electronic health record
  • Comprehensive market review and ongoing adjustments to our compensation structure
