The two West Allis clinic locations will have a new combined home starting January 2024. Construction is expected to be completed this December, with a projected opening date in January. This will be the first time programming for children, adolescents, and adults will be in the same building. Crews are working as quickly as possible to finish the project, with one of the floors targeted to be ready this month, and the remaining floors done by December.

In May 2014, the West Allis hospital campus expanded its adult intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, and moved those services to their current location, which is approximately one mile from the main hospital. Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs for children and adolescents moved to their current location nearby in September 2018. The new site is in a building Rogers purchased at 2424 S 102nd Street between the two existing clinic buildings.

Skokie clinic

Meantime, crews are busy installing flooring, acoustic ceiling tiles and painting in the new Skokie outpatient clinic, located at 5750 Old Orchard Road, which is less than two miles from its current location. The new space allows all programs to be on one floor instead of two and reduces the walk from the parking lot to the clinic for patients and families. The estimated opening is in December.

Lease negotiations are being finalized for the new building sites for Tampa and Nashville. Permitting and construction phases are expected to start soon.
