11/26/18 01:15:pm

Rogers launched a new podcast series targeted at educators to help them identify anxiety in the classroom and better understand the anxiety that their students may be experiences.

The “Anxiety in Schools” podcast has six episodes that explore the topics of: what is anxiety, how it displays in schools, accommodation, reassurance seeking, mindfulness, and when to refer.

In addition to the educational episodes, resources that correlate with each episode are available to download. The series launched in the fall, coinciding with students returning to school, and features Stephanie Eken, MD; David Jacobi, PhD; and Heather Jones, PhD, as experts.

The podcast series can be found at Rogersbh.org/student-anxiety or on iTunes, Google Play, iHeart Radio, Tunein, Stitcher, or your favorite podcast app.

Remember to recommend it to family and friends who work as educators or in schools!
