OCD and Anxiety
Rogers Behavioral Health continually looks for ways to better serve the community with effective forms of treatment for mental health disorders. One way we may be able to increase the access to affordable health care for sufferers with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is through delivering treatment through a mobile device.
Since September 2016, we have been conducting a study that utilizes an application delivered on a cell phone. The app was developed from a software program that has been proven to be effective to reduce symptoms of OCD when delivered on a computer or laptop. This study will look at whether delivering this program in a much smaller format will maintain its effectiveness.
Participants in this study come to either our Brown Deer or Oconomowoc, WI location two times a week for four weeks. After the initial screening which will take approximately two to three hours, each of the eight visits should take approximately an hour. Our offices are open Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
We invite you to consider being part of this study which could help transform the accessibility and affordability of behavioral health care for OCD sufferers.
