Teresa Schultz brings nearly 30 years of experience in many areas of healthcare to her leadership role as vice president of continuous improvement. In her current role, she oversees the implementation and deployment of the Rogers Improvement System which focuses on value streams and opportunities for process improvement across the System. In addition, she oversees quality, regulatory compliance, health information and related operational support areas. Schultz has been with Rogers since 2007, first as the director of nursing, then as the vice president of nursing and later as the vice president of patient care/chief nursing officer. Schultz earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration and Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, and an associate's degree in nursing from Blackhawk Technical College. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the Wisconsin Organization of Nurse Executives, the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, the Wisconsin Chapter American Psychiatric Nurses Association, the Wisconsin Hospital Association Hospitals Education and Advocacy Team, the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and the Bryant and Stratton and Herzing Nursing Advisory Boards.
