Jason Gibbs, PhD, is a clinical co-director at the Rogers Behavioral Health in Nashville where he leads a team of therapists and behavioral specialists for the clinic’s partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care. Prior to his current role, Dr. Gibbs also worked as the clinical supervisor at Rogers’ Appleton clinic.
Dr. Gibbs earned his Master of Arts in clinical psychology from Sam Houston State University and he completed his PhD in clinical psychology at Idaho State University. While completing his PhD, Dr. Gibbs interned with various clinics, including Rogers Behavioral Health in Oconomowoc, where he worked with patients in the OCD and Anxiety and Eating Disorder residential care, as well as Trauma Recovery partial hospitalization care.
Dr. Gibbs has conducted research at the Perinatal Psychobiology Lab, the Psychopathology Lab, and the Emotional Intelligence Lab. He has taught Developmental Psychology and Abnormal Psychology courses and served as a guest lecturer on ethics. He currently has 5 manuscripts in progress.
