Brenda Bailey, PhD

Brenda Bailey, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist based at Rogers’ Oconomowoc location who serves as a regional clinical director for Rogers Behavioral Health. Dr. Bailey has worked at Rogers since 2015, beginning as an APA-approved doctoral psychology intern and later as the supervising psychologist at the OCD and Anxiety Adult Residential Center in Oconomowoc. Before her promotion to this role, Dr. Bailey was executive director of clinical services for inpatient and residential levels of care.

Dr. Bailey is passionate about clinical supervision and training that promotes evidence-based treatments for OCD, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and depression. Along with her clinical interests in evidence-based treatment, she is actively engaged in outcomes research and clinical protocol development. Dr. Bailey is committed to fostering quality education and training in evidence-based care and empirically supported treatments to the next generations of mental health treatment providers by facilitating Rogers’ partnership within the community and serving as the chief psychologist of Rogers’ APA accredited doctoral internship program.

After graduating summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Potsdam with a bachelor’s degree in Honors Psychology, Dr. Bailey went on to earn her master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from Northern Illinois University. She is a member of the International OCD Foundation, Association for Behavioral Cognitive Therapies, and American Psychological Association.
