Andrew Wang, MD

Andrew Wang, MD, is a board-certified attending psychiatrist at Rogers Behavioral Health in Skokie, Illinois, where he works with adults attending the partial hospitalization programs.

Dr. Wang graduated from the University of Toronto, in Toronto, Canada with a Bachelor of Science in human biology and psychology. He then received his medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica. He completed his residency in general psychiatry at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, Illinois where he served as chief resident is in his final year.

Prior to joining Rogers, Dr. Wang was a partner and practicing psychiatrist at Associates in Mental Health in Peoria, Illinois. He also covered for an inpatient geriatric psychiatric unit with Unitypoint Health Proctor in Peoria.

Dr. Wang specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. He is fluent in Mandarin.

Dr. Wang is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, American Medical Association, and the Illinois Medical Society.
