Derrick L. Ellis

Vice president of operations, Brown Deer campus

Derrick L. Ellis serves as vice president of operations for Rogers’ Brown Deer campus.

Derrick joined Rogers in 2019 as director of operations for the Atlanta clinic, where he oversaw its opening in 2020 and built a successful clinic and positive culture. His 20 years of leadership and behavioral health experience include roles in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care. He also served and retired from the United States Army as a senior logistician.

Derrick earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Columbia College and his master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix. He is in the process of earning his doctorate in behavioral health from Arizona State University. Derrick is also a member of several organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives and American Psychological Association.
