Partial hospitalization in Denver
By working closely with patients and families, our multidisciplinary teams, led by board-certified psychiatrists, develop a personalized plan with clinically effective therapies to treat OCD, anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, and trauma (posttraumatic stress disorder).
See the effects of our evidence-based treatment.
OCD and anxiety
For children, adolescents, and adults. We can help address compulsive behaviors, such as rituals, avoidance, or overwhelming fears with our treatment in Denver. Internationally recognized in treating OCD with one of the most comprehensive treatment programs available, we focus on evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); exposure and response prevention (ERP); medication management; individual, group and family therapy; and experiential therapy.
Depression recovery
For adolescents and adults. Our depression and mood disorders treatment is heavily based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), where patients learn how to use behavioral activation (BA) to manage symptoms. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed skills help improve mindfulness, distress tolerance, regulation of emotions, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Trauma (posttraumatic stress disorder)
We provide care for those struggling with trauma and PTSD through evidence-based treatment that research shows is the most effective for reducing symptoms.
Treatment plans are based on a proven method called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emphasizing prolonged exposure, which helps reduce anxiety related to a traumatic event. Patients may participate in group therapy, acceptance, self-compassion and mindfulness strategies, patient and family education, individual therapy, and medication management.
Primary Behavioral Health
When you experience repetitive negative thoughts, avoid activities you once enjoyed, have difficulty managing your emotions, or experience another challenging mental health symptom, it can be difficult to make the changes needed to regain the life you enjoy.
In Primary Behavioral Health, teens and adults learn to understand their current coping strategies and how these strategies impact their mental health. While building foundational life skills, individuals gain the tools they need to succeed on their mental health journey and live a more fulfilling life. Skill development is guided by evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy strategies that are commonly shared across behavioral activation, exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
