Free Body Positive Yoga

Saturday, February 24
2 pm
Inner Light Yoga Studio
2227 10th Avenue S., Nashville

As part of the 2018 National Eating Disorders Awareness Week (NEDAW), Rogers Behavioral Health invites you to a free body positive yoga class – for all sizes and ages 13+. Valerie Martin, local eating disorder therapist and yoga instructor, will guide you through this afternoon of self-care and self-discovery.

What’s Body Positive Yoga?

The yoga community is at the forefront of reshaping the false image of what a person who practices yoga is supposed to look like. The body positive movement is proving that every type of body can achieve every type of yoga pose, and that happiness does not come from being a certain size — it comes from within.
