Rogers KISSmas Bash 2017

Rogers Behavioral Health is the sponsor for this year’s annual KISS FM KISSmas Bash in Milwaukee, featuring Logic, who is making a splash in the mental health community with the release of his song “1-800-273-8255.” The song spreads awareness of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline phone number. In the song, someone calls the lifeline in crisis and then chooses life after speaking with the representative.

Because of the impact Logic is having and awareness about the lifeline number’s spread, Rogers has chosen to sponsor this year’s Kissmas Bash. Logic and Dua Lipa will play at the KISSmas bash at the Rave/Eagles Ballroom on December 13 (Update: the December 13 show has been postponed due to illness and will be moved to a new date), and Khalid with Jessie Reyez and Lauv will play on December 6. You can find info on tickets here.

Rogers will also have a presence at the event with glow-in-the-dark wristbands and other giveaways. KISS FM will also setup a few Snapchat frames that people can use at the event, which will list the SafePerson.org URL on them, to promote the Safe Person Decal Seven Promises. The Safe Person initiative is part of Rogers’ work to eliminate the stigma of mental illness and help educate people on how they can be supportive of those who may be struggling.
